Tried the jerk chicken today, absolute with the rice and peas, oxtail gravy and coleslaw. Fresh, full of flavour, proper Jamaican jerk, could’ve been a little spicier but hey we’re in Canada
The jerk chicken is smokey and sweet, and it falls right off the bone. The pasta salad and rice and peas with oxtail gravy go perfectly with the chicken. Get hot sauce on the side for those who like it spicy. This has been my go-to spot for jerk chicken for many years, the quality of the food is consistent especially for the price!

It was my first time trying Jamaican food, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The staff at the counter were exceptionally friendly and took the time to recommend different combinations and gravies based on my preferences, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to try authentic Jamaican cuisine. Having lived in this city for about a year, I can confidently say this is the first time I've encountered a restaurant offering such affordable prices and truly exceptional food. Every dish on the menu is delicious. The Jerk Chicken, in particular, stood out; its tender interior and deep, smoky, charcoal flavor were absolutely remarkable, and I finished it very quickly. As a Korean, I find Jamaican cuisine surprisingly well-suited to my palate. For anyone who hasn't visited yet, I highly recommend giving it a try. The prices are also very reasonable.
Hands down, the best jerk chicken I've had. I've tried both the jerk chicken and the bbq chicken with rice and curry, absolutely phenomenal. The pasta salad is also really great as a side.
My search for a good jerk chicken place is over. This place IS IT! The best!!! I have not eating such good jerk chicken in years. The chicken is fresh, flavourful yet not too spicy juicy and most of all it tastes like it was cooked on fire and has a hint of smoke and a bit of char (which is what I have been missing)! The rice and peas was also tasty and tender and oxtail gravy was thick and flavourful. Macaroni and coleslaw are also tasty and fresh.
Got the chicken wings and 1/2 of jerk chicken. Would definitely recommend this place. Chicken is well seasoned and good quality as well.
